Cancellation Policy

Please note the following for private (1-2-1) bookings: 1. Payment is due at the time of booking. 2. Any bookings unpaid 7 days before the session start will be automatically cancelled. 3. Within 7 days of the session cancellation and refund is not possible, however rescheduling is possible up to 72 hours before the session. 4. After 72 hours before the session has expired, rescheduling is at the discretion of Fundog Gundog. No refund is available. 5. Any refund will incur an admin charge of £5.
